Large engineering consultancy based in the CBD is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant/Project Administrator to join their growing team. The role requires you to assist Project Managers in controlling costs and producing cost reports in the Oracle system. You will also monitor and report on the overall financial position of the company; prepare project documentation, coordinate invoicing, undertake debtor follow-up and coach Project Managers in the use of project financial tools. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following; - Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
High level of financial/numeracy Strong analytical problem solving skills High levels of organisation and attention to detail Good communication skills both verbal and written Experience with Oracle an advantage
