Due to our client's continuing growth and expansion, they are in need of someone with strong administration skills, and Client Relationship Management skills to join their team.
They are looking for someone who is willing and able to bring their skills and add value to the team. Someone who has a strong presence and the ability to build working relationships with both clients and working colleagues.
Your main duties will include:
· Client relationship management · Maintenance of the business's administration systems and processes · Up-dating of all client registers · Production of policy documentation · Support for new business team - report and presentation preparation · Credit limit processing and administration · Claims administration · General office duties
To be considered, you would have a background as a Credit Controller Officer or come from the Credit Insurance and/or Finance Industry background.
