Reporting to the Group Communications Manager you will have a strong mentor to assist you in developing internal communication material for the region. Working across the organisation you will be responsible for the smooth implementation of their internal communications strategy. A key part of this role will be writing content for newsletters, intranet and general communications to the business. Other activities include drafting CEO presentations and speeches, sourcing news from the regional offices and editing material to engage employees. Your strong interpersonal skills, tenaciousness and your ability to go above and beyond will ensure you will be successful in this role. To succeed in this role you should be tertiary qualified in communications, journalism or a related field and have 3-4 years experience as an internal communications consultant in-house or in a public relations agency. You will have superior writing skills, excellent stakeholder relationship skills and strong project management and organisational skills.
